Bowden DDS
Dr
Bowden is a Texas native who graduated from the University of
Texas Dental Branch in Houston. He served two years as a Captain
and a dentist in the United States Air Force, before moving to the
Oak Hill area. He has been in practice for over 30 years in the
Oak Hill area.
Dr
Bowden is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
In
1994, he earned a Masters from the Academy of General Dentistry.
This is a distinction that fewer than 2000 of the 200,000 plus dentists
in the United State's have received. |

Masters is received after participating in more than 2000 hours of
continuing education and passing a detailed examination in
dentistry. He was designated one of the Best Dentists in America
and recognized by Texas Monthly Magazine in 2004.

is our Business Manager and is the newest member of the team.
Andree has been with the practice since 2005 and has been a long
time servant of the dental profession she has been in this field
since 1990.

been with the practice since 1992 and she is Kim's sister. |

Facts:
Powdered
fruit, talc, honey, dried flowers, mice, and lizard livers were
all ingredients of ancient toothpaste and powder. Soap and
chalk were suggested components in the 1800’s. Modern toothpaste
in collapsible tubes was introduced in the 1850’s. Fluoride
wasn't added to toothpaste until 1956. |
